I specialize in working with children, teens, and families, addressing an array of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, learning disabilities, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ related issues, and divorce/ family transitions.

I’m dedicated to helping clients find greater ease, balance, and creativity, especially during life’s most difficult times. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel both safe and empowered. Movement, art, and play are often integrated into sessions. As a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor for both adults and children, I’m comfortable exploring symptoms somatically as well as cognitively and emotionally. Above all, I’m dedicated to helping each person find their path toward healing and growth, and I’m honored to walk alongside them on the journey.​​
